Who Can Apply
- Must be an Implementation Group Officer with permanent appointment in federal civil service excluding separate pay bodies
- Must be confirmed in service by 1 January of the offer year
- Must maintain a minimum 85 percent average LNPT for three consecutive years each year being a full 12 months
- Must be 45 years old or younger as of 1 January of the offer year
- Must have at least 8 years of service in current scheme as of 1 January of the offer year
- Must observe waiting period after prior training
- More than 12 months training means wait 2 years
- Between 3 and 12 months means wait 1 year
- Application must be endorsed by Head of Department and PPSM
- Must have no disciplinary issues
- Must not be blacklisted by JPA or other agencies
- Must have declared assets within 5 years
- Must not receive sponsorship for the same course from other agencies

Application is made online via JPA portal. Applicants can edit or finalize before closing. You need to review Lampiran A for fields of study and Lampiran B and C for approved institutions and polytechnics.
Outcome Announcement
Shortlisted applicants can check results. Results are available from 13 June 2025 at noon. Results remain accessible until 30 June 2025 at 11 59 pm.
